Way back in the days when MTV didn’t spend all of its time sucking loads of ass (an idea that seems practically utopian in light of their recent programming), they hosted a sketch comedy show called The State, and it was often hilarious. Hell, even when the show didn’t make you laugh, it was still hypnotically bizarre, and the ridiculous antics had plenty of us gen x/y teens tuning in every week for three seasons.
